The project was produced during the second semester of the Rilao Project and developed for a world building course taught by Alex McDowell RDI.
The Uninhabited Lands
The artifact is the recovered travelogue of explorer Lan Volores, recovered by his granddaughter nearly eighty years after the 1919 expedition. The printed document records his encounters with found objects and materials in the then-unexplored Northwestern quadrant of the Rilao island.
